01 / What we do

Options & Wheel strategy intelligence.
Delivered through the App.

Jason Wheel connects options and Wheel strategy analysis to the symbols and holdings investors follow. The App is the customer experience; planned brokerage partnerships are a path to customer acquisition and ongoing engagement.

Pre-launch Jason Wheel Research LLC · App substantially complete, awaiting App Store release

02 / Why now

More options activity. More decisions to contextualize.

Jason Wheel’s thesis: as options activity expands and time horizons compress, the research workflow must connect premium, event risk and portfolio context—not leave investors to assemble them separately.

Our view: the opportunity is better options and Wheel strategy analysis, not simply more trading. The initial focus is premium sellers evaluating compensation, possible assignment and ongoing position risk—not just same-day options.

03 / Product

Research the strategy.
Follow the full cycle.

The App is the primary customer workspace. Options and Wheel strategy analysis are the core proposition; Market Pulse, JW Rank and AI Trader support the research from initial screening through ongoing monitoring.

  1. 01 / Research

    Cash-secured puts

Review symbol quality, premium, earnings windows and downside conditions with JW Rank and options evidence.

  2. 02 / Assess

    Possible assignment

Consider the transition to share ownership, capital commitment and the risk of holding the underlying.

  3. 03 / Compare

    Covered calls

Examine premium and contract structure alongside the trade-off in retained upside.

  4. 04 / Monitor

    Changing conditions

Keep Market Pulse, followed symbols, synchronized holdings, alerts and strategy outcomes in view.

Core product assets

JW Rank

A deterministic model combining technical, premium, liquidity, risk, fundamental and strategy-fit factors.

Options Intelligence

Implied volatility, skew, term structure, sensitivities, liquidity and event windows with observation times.

JW Intelligence Reports

Dated editions bring model factors, market evidence and options context into a research record.

AI Trader

Time-stamped narrative analysis adds context to the underlying quantitative evidence.

Alerts and Outcomes

Risk changes, strategy observations and settled outcomes remain connected on a timeline.

Portfolio & Pro Intelligence

Automatic synchronization of supported brokerage holdings extends research to portfolio-wide and multi-account workflows.

JW Rank is not a buy/sell rating. Coverage measures field availability—not accuracy or certainty. Option premium does not eliminate underlying losses; assignment and capped upside are material parts of Wheel strategy analysis.

Market positioning

Where Jason Wheel fits.

Options and market-structure intelligence, built around the individual investor’s workflow. Jason Wheel combines options analytics, market context and AI-assisted research in an App-centered experience for premium sellers and Wheel strategy investors.

An options-first intelligence platform for self-directed investors.

Our product thesis is to connect research that investors otherwise assemble across tools: understand the market, prioritize symbols, examine the options, then monitor changing conditions. The opportunity is a focused research routine—not a smaller copy of a general-purpose institutional terminal.

Zacks Stock ranking and research centered on earnings-estimate revisions.JW Rank prioritizes options and Wheel setup research across six factor groups; it is not a stock buy/sell rating.
Market Chameleon Options, volatility, earnings events and historical market statistics.Connect these research questions to market context, symbol prioritization and an ongoing Watchlist workflow.
ORATS Options data, analytics, scanning and backtesting tools for individual and institutional users.Organize options research into an investor-facing App workflow, rather than compete on data infrastructure or backtesting depth.
SpotGamma Options positioning, dealer-hedging effects and market structure expressed through key levels and flow analysis.Focus on symbol-level options and Wheel research across the investment cycle, without claiming equivalent positioning data or dealer-flow models.
TradingView Charts, screeners, scripting, alerts and broker-connected trading tools.Provide a structured options research sequence, with scores, evidence and monitoring already connected around followed symbols.
Bloomberg Broad professional market data and research tools, including AI-supported research capabilities.Serve a narrower individual-investor workflow. Bloomberg is a professional-workflow reference, not a terminal Jason Wheel claims to replace.

Three design priorities

01 / Options & Wheel first

Research the full strategy cycle.

Organize premium, earnings, downside conditions, possible assignment and covered calls around the symbols investors follow—not just an isolated score or contract.

02 / Explainable research

Keep the reasons attached.

JW Rank, factor detail, dated evidence and AI explanation work together. AI supports interpretation; it does not set or override the deterministic score.

03 / An ongoing App workflow

Continue beyond the report.

Watchlists, supported brokerage holdings, alerts and history bring research into a recurring routine. Broker-led App acquisition is a planned distribution path, not an established partnership channel.

Explore the App workflow

Market-structure scope: market regimes, volatility, skew, liquidity and available positioning proxies. A proxy is not direct observation of institutional activity or actual dealer inventory. The integrated category is our product direction; customer adoption and differentiation remain to be validated after launch.

04 / Market opportunity

Start with premium sellers. Expand with their workflow.

Start with investors researching options and Wheel strategies. Grow the App relationship through wider coverage and Pro portfolio tools, with brokerage partnerships planned as a customer acquisition channel.

“Implemented” describes a built capability, not production certification or commercial traction. App and Pro links above lead to product overviews; public research links lead to accessible outputs.

Current execution priorities

Product depth. Broker-led growth. Advisory development.

Three workstreams · No fixed delivery dates
  1. 01 / Product focus

    Options & Wheel analysis

    Deliver
Complete App release preparation, then deepen analysis across cash-secured puts, possible assignment, covered calls and ongoing risk monitoring.
    Validate
Investors can establish a research routine and find sustained value in Watchlist and Pro workflows.
    Evidence to track
App reliability, activation, repeat usage, paid conversion and subscription retention.
  2. 02 / Two-phase growth channel

    Broker-led App adoption

Phase 1 — Broker Risk Alert Feed
Start with scoped risk-feed pilots. Validate delivery reliability, partner value and integration effort, with agreed data rights, compliance scope and commercial terms.
    Phase 2 — Research & News Distribution
After establishing a reliable operating record and review processes, expand into broker Research and News channels with selected, partner-approved App research. Secure content rights and legal and compliance approval before distribution.
    Growth objective
Connect risk alerts and research placements to deeper analysis in the App. Track attributed installs, activated users, paid conversion and retention as pilots develop.
  3. 03 / Parallel planning

    Advisory development

    Plan
Define a future advisory offering and pursue investment adviser registration, subject to legal assessment and applicable registration requirements.
    Prepare
Assess the service scope and appropriate entity and registration path; design compliance, client disclosures and conflict controls, including referral arrangements.
    Milestone
Complete legal and operational readiness and any required registration before introducing the planned regulated advisory services.

These are planned workstreams, not a committed schedule or reported commercial results. Both distribution phases require assessment of the actual service and partner requirements; progression depends on readiness and approvals, not elapsed time alone. Advisory registration is a separate workstream, not a substitute for partner distribution approval. No current RIA status or filed application is claimed.
