Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Jason Wheel Research LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) for access to the Jason Wheel App, jasonwheel.com, the member workspace, reports, alerts and related services (together, the “Service”). “Jason Wheel” is the product and service brand used by the Company. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live.

If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Additional terms shown at checkout, in an app store or for a specific feature also apply. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms govern that feature or transaction to the extent of the conflict.

Jason Wheel is a software, market-information and research service. Depending on your plan and platform, the Service may include Market Pulse, Watchlists, market data, JW Rank, JW Intelligence Reports, Technical Snapshots, option-chain context, generalized strategy observations, alerts, historical analytics, read-only portfolio views and report exports.

Features, limits, markets, data frequency and availability may differ by plan, country, operating system, device and data provider. A feature shown in marketing material is available only when it is included in your current plan and technically available on your platform.

• Provide accurate, current information and maintain access to your verified email address.
• Keep passwords, device keys and access credentials confidential. Do not share an account with another person.
• You may use your account on multiple personal devices, subject to reasonable device-security and abuse controls.
• Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may require email verification, a password reset, device verification or support review when activity presents an account-security risk. Device and account controls are intended to protect legitimate users; a single IP address or a shared household device is not, by itself, conclusive evidence of abuse.

Plan limits and prices are displayed on the pricing or checkout screen. Before a purchase is completed, the applicable checkout identifies the full price, currency, billing period, trial terms (if any), renewal terms and payment provider.

• Cancellation: Unless checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period.
• Plan changes: Upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades may be scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Limits of the new plan apply when the change becomes effective.
• Trials: A trial converts to a paid subscription at the price disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the payment provider’s rules and applicable law. No provision in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right.
• Account deletion: The deletion flow attempts to stop future renewal where supported, but you should confirm cancellation with the original payment provider. Deleting an account does not create a refund right beyond provider rules or applicable law.
• Restoration and reconciliation: Purchase restoration and periodic reconciliation may be used to confirm your current entitlement across supported platforms.

Taxes, currency conversion and payment-provider charges may apply. If payment fails, access may enter a grace period, become limited or end according to the provider and applicable plan rules.

Scores, labels, levels, reports, alerts and AI-generated explanations are generalized quantitative research. They do not consider your objectives, holdings, account size, cost basis, risk tolerance, tax position or financial circumstances unless a feature expressly states that it displays your own data—and even then, the output remains software-generated information rather than personalized advice.

The Service is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, exchange or execution venue. Nothing in the Service is an offer, solicitation, individualized recommendation, transaction instruction, legal or tax advice, price target, guarantee of performance or promise that a strategy will be profitable.

You are responsible for independently evaluating content, checking current market conditions and consulting appropriately licensed professionals when needed. Material published editions may be corrected when source data or calculations are found to be wrong.

Market prices can move rapidly. Bid, ask, Greeks, implied volatility, credit estimates, payoff illustrations and cached prices are estimates or observations at a point in time and may not reflect an executable price. Strategy names describe structures, not instructions to open, close or size a position.

Before trading standardized options, read the Options Clearing Corporation’s Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options and obtain any required broker approval.

Supported brokerage connections are designed for read-only synchronization of authorized portfolio data. The Company does not take custody of assets or place a trade through the App or website. A separate product or third-party workflow, if offered, is governed by its own terms and user authorization.

Brokerage credentials are supplied by you and should be limited to the permissions needed for the selected connection. Holdings, prices, cost basis, strategy grouping and profit/loss may be delayed or differ from your broker’s official records. Your broker’s statement and execution records control.

You may not:

• share credentials, resell access or use multiple accounts to evade plan, trial, Watchlist or usage limits;
• scrape, harvest, bulk-download, mirror or redistribute protected content or data without written permission;
• circumvent signatures, device verification, rate limits, access controls or other security measures;
• reverse engineer, probe, disrupt or overload the Service, except where a non-waivable law expressly permits limited activity;
• use the Service unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code or misrepresent Jason Wheel content as your own advice or research.

The Service, Jason Wheel branding, software, models, report presentation, original research and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Jason Wheel Research LLC. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or authorized internal business review.

Downloading or exporting a report does not transfer ownership or permit public republication, resale, model extraction, automated training use or creation of a competing service. Third-party data and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses.

The Service may rely on app stores, payment providers, cloud services, market-data sources, brokers, notification services and linked websites. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, data, approval decisions, fees or independent actions.

Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply before using a third-party service.

We work to keep the Service reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be delayed, rate-limited, temporarily unavailable or changed for security, maintenance, legal, data-provider or operational reasons. We may add, modify or discontinue features and will provide appropriate notice when a change materially affects a paid subscription.

You may stop using the Service and may request account deletion through available account controls. We may limit, suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, abuse or conduct that threatens the Service or other users.

Where appropriate, account recovery may be available through password reset and email verification. Other cases may require review by [email protected]. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and accrued payment obligations—remain effective.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Jason Wheel Research LLC disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant any market outcome, investment result, data-provider response or continued availability of a specific feature.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. In that case, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted, and non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jason Wheel Research LLC and its owners, personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, trading losses or loss of opportunity arising from or related to the Service.

Any aggregate liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Jason Wheel Research LLC for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable checkout or feature-specific terms are the complete agreement about the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent; we may transfer the agreement as part of a lawful reorganization, financing or business transfer.

Applicable law, consumer protections and dispute procedures may depend on where you live and the provider through which you purchased. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived. We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
